1. If I want direct place bulk orders, will you make samples for me first?
-Generally we will arrange production after you confirm the design, then once finished, will send the video&pictures for you confirm, after you confirm, then will arrange shipping as your request, if the finished products not as same as the design, or it is not what your want, we will remake or refund, so you don't need to worry what you received is not your want.
2. If I found some quality problem after I received the goods, could you arrange the replacement for me right away ?
